Shopping online has never been so easy! The process is very straight forward. Browsing on the product menu on the left hand side will display categories and products available, and will display these in the main window. Orders can also be made by phone or by mail.

1. Click on the product category. For example, if you click on “Pendants”, you will get a menu that drops down which will present you with the types of pendants Alice In Tokyo has to offer. By clicking through the various “categories” you will be able to find what you are looking for.
2. Once you have reached the product page, click on how many items you require and simply press the ADD TO CART button.
3. It always helps to see if there are any more items you require and add to cart. Have you got the glue? Have you got enough crimp beads?
4. Once you are satisfied with your choice of Alice In Tokyo products, click on GO TO CHECKOUT. Remember, you can always view what you have added to your cart by clicking on the icon in the top right corner of the website.
5. Once you have clicked to checkout you will reach a checkout page that will ask you whether you have an account with Alice in Tokyo or not.
6. If you are a new customer, kindly put in the details necessary and you will reach the payment page. For return customers (glad you’re back!) just input your registered email address and password. There is also a password reminder should you have forgotten the password. Should you have any issues with this do not hesitate to contact us on sales@aliceintokyo.com.
7. Once you reach the payment page, input your card details. If this is your first purchase with Alice in Tokyo then delivery can only go to your credit/debit cards billing address. If however, you have purchased from us before, we can send you your goods to any address you provide us with.
8. You can also check delivery prices and options at this stage! Make sure there is everything you have wished to order. This is your last call if you want to amend or modify to quantity of items in your shopping cart and mode of delivery. You may do this by going back to your cart and modify as appropiate.
9. Once you send the order through you will receive an email acknowledging your order and as soon as the items are dispatched from our HQ you will get a second email confirming dispatch. Your receipt note will say that the shipment is sent by Chrisanne Ltd (Alice in Tokyo is a trading name of Chrisanne Ltd.)

The Alice in Tokyo website can give you an approximate value of the cost in various common frequencies such as the Yen, the Euro, the US and Australian dollar. This is an approximate value, and you will be charged in Great British Pounds (Sterling).
